    NeuroRestorative, a part of the Sevita family, provides rehabilitation services for people of all ages with brain, spinal cord and medically complex injuries, illnesses and other challenges. In a variety of locations and community-based settings, we offer a range of programs, including vocational and therapy programs, day treatments, and specialized services for infants, children, adolescents, Military Service Members and Veterans.

    Speech-Language Pathology Assistant - Santa Barbara, CA

    + $40-45 per hour

    + Part time or per diem

    + Flexible scheduling

    + No weekends

    + Low patient ratios

    + 12 patient neuro rehab program with day program (adults)

    + Paid sick time

    + Administer the speech therapy treatment plan as developed by the Speech Language Pathologist.

    + Apply concepts of infection control and standard precautions in performing patient care activities.

    + Accept clinical assignments that are consistent with the education and competence to care for the patients.

    + Use effective interpersonal relations and communication skills

    + Meet mandatory continuing education requirements

    + Promote compliance with all fiscal intermediary and/or other third party payers, through education, coaching and other assistance as necessary

    + Demonstrate commitment, professional growth and competency

    + Perform other related duties and activities as required.

    _Qualifications:_

    + Graduate of an accredited school of speech therapy assistant with a Bachelors Degree

    + California SLPA licensure.

    + Self-motivated and detail-oriented with ability to multi-task.
