Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior OpenShift Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Red Hat OpenShift, with a strong focus on OpenShift Container Native Virtualization (CNV), infrastructure management, and virtualization technologies. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, deploying, and optimizing OpenShift environments to support enterprise-grade containerized and virtualized workloads. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to assess client needs, architect scalable solutions, and ensure seamless integration with existing IT ecosystems. Your responsibilities will include leading complex migrations, implementing best practices for high availability and security, and providing mentorship to junior engineers. A strong understanding of Kubernetes, Linux systems, networking, and storage is essential, along with hands-on experience in automating infrastructure using tools like Ansible, Terraform, or similar. This is a client-facing role that requires excellent communication skills, a consultative mindset, and a passion for solving complex technical challenges in cloud-native environments.
