Position:** **Machine Operator & Assembler

**Starting Pay:** $20.86/hour

**Pay Increase:** Raises to $21.55/hour after successful completion of a 90-day probationary period

**Shift Differential:** +$1.15/hr (2nd shift), +$1.50/hr (3rd shift)

Shifts:

+ 2nd: Mon–Fri, 2:00pm–10:30pm

+ 3rd: Sun–Fri, 10:00pm–6:30am **Training:** 1st shift

What You’ll Do

+ Operate automated and semi-automated machines to manufacture automotive batteries

+ Perform minor assembly tasks as part of machine operation

+ Adjust machine settings, troubleshoot issues, and perform basic operator maintenance (cleaning, greasing, replacing small parts)

+ Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met; record approved and defective units

+ Follow all safety, PPE, and production guidelines

What We’re Looking For

+ 1+ years of manufacturing experience preferred

+ Comfortable working 12-hour shifts in a hot environment

+ Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, and kneel for long periods

+ Basic computer, math, reading, and writing skills

+ Flexible to work overtime, weekends, or extended shifts as needed

+ Commitment to safety and PPE compliance
