    Overview

     

    The Utility Team Manager is a hands-on leader that will directly supervise projects and leads a team responsible for professional floor care services, including carpet shampooing, floor stripping and resealing, and post-construction cleanings. This role ensures projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to high standards.

     

    **PAY** $55,00-60,000

     

    The pay listed is the salary range or rate for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data. You may be eligible to participate in a Company incentive or bonus program.

    Responsibilities:

    + Supervise and schedule floor care technicians

    + Oversee carpet cleaning, hard floor maintenance, and construction cleanups

    + Ensure proper use of equipment and chemicals

    + Maintain safety and cleanliness standards

    + Coordinate with other departments for project planning

    + Monitor quality and resolve issues on-site

    + Track inventory and manage supply orders

    Qualifications:

    + 3+ years in floor care or janitorial services

    + Experience leading teams and managing schedules

    + Knowledge of floor care equipment and techniques

    + Strong attention to detail and safety compliance

    + Ability to work flexible hours as needed
