    **Job Title:** Structures Technician

    **Location:** Hartford, CT

    **Pay:** $34.59–$40.00/hr | Full-Time |

    Overview:

    Join PDS Tech Commercial as a **Structures Technician** , performing advanced structural repairs, modifications, and inspections on corporate aircraft. This hands-on role requires precision, attention to detail, and strong problem-solving skills to ensure aircraft meet FAA and company quality standards.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair aircraft structures and components

    + Fabricate, modify, and install sheet metal and composite parts

    + Perform structural repairs on and off aircraft

    + Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and repair manuals

    + Document all work per FAA and company requirements

    + Operate ground support equipment safely and efficiently

    + Support maintenance operations at onsite and offsite locations

    + Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area following 5S practices

    Qualifications:

    + Technical training in aircraft sheet metal or equivalent experience

    + 4+ years of structural repair/modification experience (corporate aircraft preferred)

    + Strong understanding of structural repair techniques and materials

    + A&P or Repairman Certificate preferred

    + Must have own hand tools and ability to track inventory

    + Able to work overtime, weekends, and in various weather conditions

    + Basic computer skills required

    **Pay Details:** $34.59 to $40.00 per hour
