    Are you detail-oriented, reliable, and ready to play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly? PDS Tech Commercial, in partnership with a top-tier distribution leader, is hiring a **Mailroom Associate** to support day-to-day mail and recordflow functions.

     

    Role Summary & Impact

     

    As the Mailroom Associate, you’ll be at the heart of communication logistics—handling incoming and outgoing mail, sorting packages, maintaining critical office machines, and managing record organization. While your role may seem behind the scenes, your work ensures that teams across the organization receive what they need, when they need it. Your contributions directly support productivity, compliance, and customer satisfaction.

    What You’ll Do — Key Responsibilities

    + Sort, deliver, and pick up **UPS packages** and **U.S. mail** across the facility

    + Perform daily maintenance and basic troubleshooting of **fax machines, copiers, printers** , and other office equipment

    + Assist with **filing, record retrieval, and destruction** following company record retention policies

    + Support **manual billing submissions** for customers, as needed

    + Use Microsoft **Excel, Outlook, Word** to log, track, and communicate mailroom activities

    + Maintain neat, organized mailroom workspaces and ensure high standards of confidentiality and security

    Qualifications

    Required:

    + Reliable attendance and ability to work Monday through Friday onsite

    + Ability to lift and carry mail and packages safely (moderate weight)

    + Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills

    + Basic computer skills

    Preferred:

    + Prior experience in a mailroom or related role

    + Proficiency with **Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word**

    + Familiarity with record retention procedures and document destruction

    + Good communication skills—verbal and written

    + Experience with manual billing or customer account support

    **Pay Details:** $13.60 to $19.05 per hour
