**Note** : This is a **floater position** . Your work assignment/location will vary based on business needs and may include travel to all Greater Rochester locations, with a drive time up to 60 minutes.

_In this role as a Flex Pharmacist, you will only be scheduled to work on an as needed basis based on business needs._

What You'll Do

+ Provide counseling on prescriptions, relay pertinent information for customers to be confidence with at-home use of medication

+ Accurately perform all necessary steps of workflow and efficiently to ensure customers receive error-free products

+ Continuously strive for efficiency and seek improvement opportunities

+ Identify barriers to achieve goals, and escalate issues when appropriate

+ Comply with all federal, state, and HIPAA regulations; ensure company guidelines, standards, policies, and procedures are followed

+ Verify potential licensing in any state Wegmans does business

+ Keep current on company wellness initiatives and ensure consistency and execution

Requirements

+ Pharmacist State License (may require licensing in multiple states)

+ Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Pharmacy degree

+ Certified Pharmacist Immunizer

+ AED, CPR certified

+ Computer skills

Preferred Qualifications

+ Certified in a disease state
