Your Role...
ReSource Pro is seeking a strategic and hands-on leader to head our Solutions Consulting team (Pre-Sales / Sales Engineering). The Senior Director, Integrated Solutions, US will be the strategic and hands-on leader for our Solutions Consulting (Pre-Sales) team, accountable for shaping how the firm presents value and wins transformative deals. This leader will guide the complex design of integrated client solutions that merge insurance technology platforms, AI-enabled services, and Business Process Management (BPM) to drive operations overhaul for carriers, MGAs, and brokers. Focused entirely on large strategic clients, the role requires an adept leader who can build and scale a world-class team of experts, ensuring our prospects experience the full power of our combined solutions—technology, operations, and services—delivered with clarity and maximum credibility.

All remote positions are based in the United States, and candidates must reside within the U.S. to be eligible for consideration.
In this role you will…
+ Lead high-stakes solution design and executive-level presentations for strategic clients. Conduct effective discovery, assemble subject matter experts, and lead client conversations to win deals. Establish methodologies for consistent, differentiated proposals involving technology-enabled services, process optimization, and digital transformation.
+ Partner with sales leaders to increase win rates and shorten sales cycles. Help clients navigate the evolving role of AI in insurance.
+ Lead a team of client-facing Solutions Architects who can translate client needs into configured, modular solutions. Develop, coach, and retain a high-performing team, defining talent needs to add skills and capacity. Foster a respectful, collaborative, and solution-oriented workplace culture.
+ Drive the design, development, and delivery of new insurance technology and BPM service offerings, ensuring client needs shape product roadmaps. Partner with Product
+ Development and Service Delivery to translate client opportunities into scalable, market-ready solutions. Maintain active stakeholder ownership beyond the contract stage to ensure solutions sold are aligned with solutions delivered.
What you need to be successful…
+ Experience: 15+ years of prior experience in sales and/or account management, preferably in insurance, BPO, or similar industries.
+ Leadership: 10+ years’ experience in leading and managing teams of people
+ Bachelor's degree
+ Travel <60%
+ Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success driving measurable growth through pre-sales strategy, solution design, and client-facing leadership in insurance technology, AI, operations, or BPM services.
+ Strategic & Tactical Acumen: Ability to operate at both the strategic and tactical levels, exhibiting executive presence with the C-suite combined with hands-on involvement in shaping demos and proposals.
+ Industry Expertise: Deep understanding of B2B sales cycles in insurance or adjacent industries (carriers, MGAs, brokers).
+ Innovation: Skilled at navigating the shifting solutions landscape influenced by AI and digital transformation.
+ Exceptional Communication: Able to present complex ideas with clarity, listen actively, and engage effectively across clients, executives, and teams.
+ Leadership Success: Experienced people leader with a track record of developing talent, fostering collaboration, and inspiring high-performing teams.
Your Compensation…
Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of the total compensation package that also includes annual bonus eligibility, benefits, and other opportunities at ReSource Pro. Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, geography, and balancing internal equity relative to other ReSource Pro employees. This is a remote position, and the salary range for most locations for this role is $145,899 - $247,039 annually. The salary range may vary based on experience and on the specific geographic location in which the candidate resides.
