    Job Summary and Responsibilities

    At CHI Mercy Health, accurate patient information is paramount. You'll be the backbone of our electronic medical records, ensuring data integrity and accessibility for all patient ages, from infancy through later life.

    Your Impact:

    + **Information Guardian:** Meticulously file and scan medical records into our EMR, ensuring accuracy and readiness.

    + **Privacy Champion:** Handle medical information requests (in and out) with strict adherence to HIPAA and policy.

    + **Organizational Hub:** Maintain efficient information flow, managing charts, faxes, and mail.

    + **Communication Essential:** Assist staff and answer inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate information sharing.

     

    Shift: 8am - 5pm

     

    Schedule: Monday - Friday

    Job Requirements

    We're Looking For:

    + **Education:** High School Diploma or GED required.

    + **Detail-Oriented:** A keen eye for accuracy.

    $17.67 - $24.96 /hour
