The **Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) Phantom Works** team is seeking an **Associate** or **Experience Numerical Control Programmer (Composites)** to support in **Hazelwood, MO** .

Position Responsibilities:

+ Assists in numerous tasks related to numerical controlled manufacturing, including research and data collection to support cross functional teams, establishing technical requirements for manufacturing and producibility and planning the integration of new machining techniques and manufacturing methods, processes, software and equipment.

+ Develops, revises and verifies Machine Control Data (MCD) and geometry.

+ Provides machine operator instructions and documentation for automated or numerically controlled equipment per established process.

+ Works under general supervision.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options

This position requires the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship as a condition of employment.

+ An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.

+ This position requires the ability to obtain program access, for which the U.S. Government requires **U.S. Citizenship only** .

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience):

+ 1+ years or more of experience with Numerical Control Programming utilizing Unigraphics NX, Vericut / Vericut Composites, and/or CAPPS NC.

+ 1+ years of work-related experience with an Associate’s degree OR an equivalent combination of technical education and experience or non-US equivalent qualifications

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills and Experience):

+ **Level 3** : 3+ years of work-related experience with an Associate’s OR an equivalent combination of technical education and experience or non-US equivalent qualifications

+ Relevant programming experience utilizing Unigraphics NX, Vericut / Vericut Composites, and/or CAPPS NC within a 5-axis machining environment.

+ Relevant experience with machine tooling, metrology, and Composite fabrication/producibility.

+ Experience with CAD / CAM tools and systems. NX, CATIA V5 and Mastercam are highly preferred.

+ Experience programming multi-axis metallic parts and/or assemblies highly preferred, but not required.

+ Complete ability to utilize or create source geometry for generation of Machine Control Data (MCD)

+ Ability to select the best method of producing parts, tools or assemblies. Primary materials are aluminum, titanium, steels and composites

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range:

Level 2: $67,150 - $90,850

Level 3: $85,000 - $115,000
