    Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for a **Associate or Experienced Supply Chain Specialist** to join our team in **Charlestown, SC** .

    Position Responsibilities:

    + Coordinate the activities required to facilitate the quick return to service for emergent customer requirements (e.g. AOG)

    + Enters, tracks, monitors and coordinates customer material, delivery requirements for emergent escalations

    + Advises customers regarding order status, changes or improvements on AOG Hard Grounded requirements

    + Act as a liaison communicating with internal and external stakeholders to identify and drive a solution to support customer hard grounded aircraft situation.

    + Review and decipher engineering data for alternate problem resolution

    + Support suppliers by identifying constraints and assisting with mitigation plan

    + Assist in the collection and processing of supplier and/or customer data regarding products or services to include repair capabilities and capacity

    + Act as a liaison with multiple stakeholders to accomplish a common objective

    + Assess and analyze customer escalations and formulate problem resolutions

    + Uses multiple Boeing systems in a fast-paced environment for AOG Hard grounded requirements.

    + Able to adapt in a fast-changing and high-stress work environment.

    + Ability to manage multiple concurrent deadlines

    + Must be self-driven and able to ask questions in a team environment.

    Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

    + 1 year of experience working in supply chain management

    + 1 year of experience working in customer support or customer service role

    + Must be proficient utilizing the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)

    + Must have experience applying effective verbal and written communications skills including spelling, grammar, punctuation, form and style, proof reading and editing skills

    Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

    + Bachelor's degree or higher

    + Ability to lead multiple projects and integrated product teams

    Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

     

    Summary pay range: Level 2: $63,750 - $75,000

     

    Level 3: $80,750 – $95,000
