    As a **Security Professional - Industrial Patrol Driver** in **Lisle, IL** , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more.

     

    As a Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a leading manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents and maintaining a visible presence throughout the site. This is a driving post, where you will conduct routine patrols by vehicle, interact with employees and visitors, and provide outstanding customer service. You will play a key role in supporting a secure environment while upholding Allied Universal's values of agility, reliability, and integrity, and contributing to a caring, team-oriented culture.

    Thur07:00 AM - 03:00 PM

     

    Fri07:00 AM - 03:00 PM

     

    Sat07:00 AM - 03:00 PM

     

    Sun07:00 AM - 03:00 PM

    What You’ll Do:

    + Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

    + Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education

    + Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams

    + Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service

    + Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

    Responsibilities:

    + Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.

    + Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

    + Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial location, including the business interior and perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.

    + Monitor for unusual activity or potential hazards, and report findings according to established protocols.

    + Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and staff while maintaining a visible presence on site.

    + Support Allied Universal and client staff during emergency response activities as directed by site procedures.

    What We’re Looking For:

    + Availability across various days and shifts

    + Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments

    + A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company

    + Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available

    Minimum Requirements:

    + Must have at least 2 years of security-related experience.

    + A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

    + Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.

    + CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.

    + Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

    + Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

    + As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

    + Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

    + As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

    + Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

    + A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
