    **Title:** Maintenance Planner

    **Location:** Grande, AZ 85193 100% Onsite)

    **Duration:** 8 Months

    Pay: $30/hr to $34/hr on W2

    **Shift -** 7 AM – 3:30 PM 1st shift

     

    We are looking for a “ **Maintenance Planner** ” to join one of our Fortune 500 clients.

    Job Summary:

    The main purpose of the role is to coordinate, plan and schedule all facilities, maintenance and calibration activities.

     

    This role will work with the facilities and maintenance supervisors, supply chain and operations to ensure all preventive maintenance, facilities and calibration activities are completed per schedule and without impacting the production supply.

    Maintenance Planner Responsibilities:

    + Plan, estimate, schedule, and organize maintenance, calibration, and facilities activities, including preventive maintenance and shutdowns, ensuring alignment with engineering, operations, and supply chain teams.

    + Coordinate resource allocation and utilization effectively, while benchmarking with other sites for cost improvements related to materials, equipment, and maintenance strategies.

    + Participate in weekly planning meetings, monitor and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs), and conduct field checks to ensure planning accuracy and execution.

    + Manage equipment documentation and configurations, including change control processes, equipment status updates, and ensuring compliance in maintenance records.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Industrial/Mechanical/Electrical) + up to 3 years of experience.
