    Our client, a leading logistics and distribution organization, is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join their team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be part of the Distribution Center supporting daily warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Warehouse Associate

    **Location:** Nampa, ID

    **Pay Range:** $20 hourly

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Prioritize and pick products to fulfill customer orders efficiently

    + Operate powered industrial vehicles such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers in a safe manner

    + Assist in verifying incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and completeness

    + Organize warehouse stock by product line and physical layout to optimize space

    + Perform periodic inventory counts and report damaged or outdated stock

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 50 pounds regularly

    + Willingness to operate industrial equipment safely and maintain necessary licenses

    + Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

    + Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team

    + Basic administrative skills for handling paperwork and reports
