    Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Pallet Building Associate to join their team. As a Pallet Building Associate, you will be part of the production department supporting the manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and a commitment to safety which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Pallet Building Associate

    **Location:** Scott City, MO

    **Pay Rate:** $16 per hour

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Measure dimensions of lumber accurately (Ability to read 1/16” increments on tape measure required)

    + Utilize basic math skills to calculate the number of boards/pallets for orders

    + Safely and efficiently operate a forklift

    + Comfortably use a pneumatic nail gun

    + Operate a table saw with confidence

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + No prior experience required; we welcome entry-level candidates

    + Basic computer skills, including the ability to use a mouse and keyboard

    + Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

    + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

    + Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks
