Our client, a leading organization in the retail industry, is seeking a Senior Compensation Analyst to join their team. As a Senior Compensation Analyst, you will be part of the Human Resources department supporting the Compensation team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate analytical thinking, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully within the organization.

**Location:** St. Louis, MO 63101 (Onsite)

What's the Job?

+ Design and implement a comprehensive compensation strategy aligned with organizational goals

+ Regularly assess and analyze compensation programs to ensure competitiveness and fairness

+ Conduct detailed analyses of internal and external compensation data to inform decision-making

+ Benchmark compensation practices against industry standards and best practices

+ Manage the annual compensation review process, including merit increases and promotions

What's Needed?

+ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field

+ 3+ years of experience in compensation analysis and administration

+ Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets

+ Proficiency in compensation benchmarking methodologies and tools

+ Excellent communication and presentation skills to influence stakeholders effectively
