• Shipping Coordinator – Direct Hire/Full-time

• $17.50–$22.00/hour, depending on experience

We’re a U.S. manufacturer looking for a **Shipping Coordinator** to manage LTL, flatbed, and truckload shipments for time-critical construction and drilling projects.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Schedule and track daily shipments to meet job site deadlines

+ Quote, select, and negotiate with carriers

+ Prepare shipping documents (BOLs, labels, packing lists)

+ Resolve freight issues (late, damaged, missed pickups)

+ Communicate with internal teams and customers

+ Manage claims, billing issues, and maintain shipping data

Qualifications:

+ 1–2 years of shipping/logistics experience

+ Knowledge of NMFC/class/density and carrier policies

+ Proficient in Excel, Outlook, and TMS/portal systems

+ Detail-oriented and able to multitask under time pressure
