Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Receiving Coordinator to join their team. As a Receiving Coordinator, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting logistics and supply chain management. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Receiving Coordinator

**Location:** Charlevoix, MI

Pay Range: $19.75-$24.50

Shift: 630am-5pm, M-Th

What's the Job?

+ Coordinate shipments daily using the computer system with accurate data entry to support production needs

+ Communicate regularly with outside trucking companies and vendors to ensure timely deliveries

+ Maintain records of shipped and received goods, preparing shipping reports for supervisors

+ Manage inbound items, including counting, entering data into the system, and handling warehouse transfers

+ Ensure all shipment paperwork is completed accurately and in accordance with company standards

What's Needed?

+ High school diploma or GED with at least 2 years of related experience

+ Ability to operate a forklift and obtain a forklift license

+ Strong knowledge of warehouse and manufacturing environments

+ Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor

+ Good math skills with the ability to interpret data related to receiving and shipping
