    Our client, a leading organization in the food industry, is seeking a QA Lab Technician to join their team. As a QA Lab Technician, you will be part of the Quality Assurance Department supporting the food safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** QA Lab Technician

    **Location:** Fort Worth, TX

    **Pay Range:** $19.95 per hour

    **Shift:** 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM

    _Flexibility required to cover 2nd shift (2:00 PM – 12:30 AM) as needed_

    **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays as needed

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Heat product samples as required for testing

    + Ensure samples are correctly positioned and handled

    + Verify and confirm accurate labeling of all samples

    + Assist with environmental swab procedures

    + Perform pH and salt level assessments and record results accurately

    + Conduct viscosity testing and document findings

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Experience in the Warehouse food industry

    + Background in quality assurance and food safety

    + 1+ year of relevant experience preferred

    + Knowledge of Ready-to-Eat (RTE) food quality standards

    + Hazard analysis training (HACCP) or related certifications
