Description

Robert Half HR Solutions is currently partnering with a client in the construction industry in the Senoia, GA area that is looking to add a Human Resources/Payroll Manager to the Team. The Human Resources/Payroll Manager will oversee HR operations for a workforce of approximately 200 employees, focusing on areas such as payroll management, benefits administration, and employee relations. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a growing organization by implementing effective HR policies and fostering employee engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and process payroll operations to ensure accuracy and compliance with relevant standards.

• Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollment and ongoing management.

• Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions for employees.

• Develop, implement, and refine HR policies and procedures to improve organizational efficiency.

• Ensure compliance with employment laws and HR regulations.

• Address employee relations issues and provide guidance on conflict resolution.

• Support performance management initiatives to align individual goals with organizational objectives.

• Promote employee engagement by organizing activities and fostering a positive workplace environment.

• Utilize HRIS systems to maintain accurate employee records and streamline processes.

Requirements

+ Proven experience in human resources management, including payroll and benefits administration.

+ Previous Human resources/payroll experience in the construction industry

+ Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and compliance standards.

+ Familiarity with employee relations and conflict resolution strategies.

+ Proficiency in HRIS platforms for managing employee data and processes.

+ Ability to handle onboarding and offboarding tasks with attention to detail.

+ Excellent organizational and communication skills.

+ Experience in performance management and employee engagement strategies. Previous experience with Foundation software is a plus.
