We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated **Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)** to join our **newly developed Memory Care Unit** .
Position Details :
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Memory Care Unit
Schedule: Saturday - Sunday, Days, 8 hour shifts
Supportive environment where residents and staff are valued
Key Responsibilities:
+ Administer medications and treatments in accordance with care plans
+ Oversee daily care provided by CMTs and CNAs
+ Assist with admissions, discharges, and care transitions
+ Communicate effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams
+ Monitor and report changes in resident health status
Job Requirements
Applicable Experience:
1 year
Basic Life Support - American Heart Association or Red Cross, Licensed Practical Nurse - Various
