    Overview

    We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Annual Enrollment Representatives during the Medicare Annual Enrollment Period (AEP). This is a high-volume inbound call center role supporting Medicare patients with plan selection inquiries.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Handle 60–85 inbound calls daily, assisting Medicare patients with plan-related questions.

    + Provide information on clinic locations, provider availability, specialties, and lab processes.

    + Transfer eligible callers to licensed brokers for plan enrollment.

    + Maintain call efficiency with an average handle time under 4 minutes.

    + Document interactions in Salesforce and collaborate via Microsoft Teams and Outlook.

    Required Qualifications

    + High school diploma or GED.

    + Minimum 1 year of customer service experience (in-person and phone).

    + At least 6 months of call center experience.

    + Strong communication and call navigation skills.

    Preferred Skills

    + Familiarity with healthcare customer service, patient/member services, or clinic front desk operations.

    + Understanding of insurance basics (e.g., in-network vs. out-of-network).

    + Experience with EPIC, referrals coordination, medical records, and EOBs.

    + Customer service orientation and ability to manage inbound call flow.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
