    What You’ll Do

    + Perform preventative maintenance and repair on a variety of high-tech manufacturing equipment

    + Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues quickly to reduce downtime

    + Maintain and repair production line systems including fillers, cappers, conveyors, labelers, box makers, and more

    + Collaborate with operations and maintenance teams to find root causes and implement sustainable solutions

    + Keep your work area safe, clean, and organized

    What You Bring

    + High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred

    + 3+ years of hands-on maintenance experience in a manufacturing, food, or industrial setting

    + Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
