    Job title: Quality Control Analyst I

    Duration: 12 months

    Pay Rate: $20.00-21.74

    Quality Control Analyst

    + Conduct routine and non-routine biological/microbiological testing on raw materials, in-process samples, finished goods, and environmental samples.

    + Maintain lab cleanliness and biosafety standards, including proper handling and disposal of biological materials.

    + Develop, validate, and transfer biological test methods (e.g., endotoxin, microbial limits, PCR, ELISA).

    + Troubleshoot lab equipment and testing issues; ensure calibration and maintenance of biological lab instruments.

    + Interpret and review test results, investigate out-of-specification findings, and recommend corrective actions.

    + Write and revise SOPs, protocols, technical reports, and regulatory documentation.

    + Train analysts and serve as a technical liaison across departments and with external labs/vendors.

    + Review and trend test data to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and support continuous improvement.

    Education

    + Bachelor of Science in Biology or Microbiology
