    Quality Control Lab Tech

    **Shift:** 2nd shift is : 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM. Monday to Friday

     

    We’re looking for a detail-oriented **Quality Control Tech** to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for testing raw materials and finished products, maintaining lab equipment, and ensuring quality standards are met. This is a great opportunity for someone with a science background who enjoys hands-on work in a fast-paced environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Perform quality testing on lab samples following established procedures

    + Operate lab instruments (e.g., Particle Size Analyzer, FTIR, Viscometer, Karl Fischer, Microscope)

    + Record and analyze test results, and communicate findings to the production team

    + Recommend formula adjustments when needed

    + Print product labels using WERCS

    + Enter data and review batch records using SAP

    + Prepare customer samples for shipment

    + Maintain lab equipment and keep the lab clean and organized

    + Follow all safety protocols and support a safe work environment

    + Comply with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 quality standards

    + Perform other tasks as assigned

    Qualifications:

    + Degree in Chemistry or a related field

    + 1–2 years of lab or quality control experience

    + Basic understanding of chemistry and lab techniques

    + Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

    + Experience with SAP is a plus
