Essential Functions

+ Performs Facility Condition Assessments.

+ Documents and monitors metrics of Repair and Renovation funding program.

+ Tracks requests for additions, changes, and variances to AU Design Standards.

+ Assists with building inspections and compliance documentation for the Authority Having Jurisdiction projects.

+ Supports University Engineer in monitoring commissioning of new building and major capital renovations.

+ Collects data for metrics that monitor quality, efficiencies, and success of department initiatives and responsibilities.

Minimum Qualifications

+ Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, andPPT .

Preferred Qualifications

+ Power BI and Bluebeam experience.
