    Description

    **Tradesmen International** is immediately hiring experienced **Millwrights** for projects located in **Sheboygan Falls, WI** . This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is **up to $36/hour** based on experience **plus $100/Per Diem** for travelers 60+ miles from the job site.     Job Scope:

    + Assemble basic parts or units and attach unit to assembly subassembly or frame using hand tools and power tools

    + Inspect test and adjust completed unit to ensure that unit meets specifications tolerances and customer order requirements

    + Connect electrical wiring according to basic circuit diagram

    + Measure parts to determine tolerances using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers and calipers

    + Read blueprints and specifications to determine component parts and assembly sequence of electromechanical unit

    + Read hydraulic pneumatic and electrical schematics and diagrams

    + File lap and buff parts to fit using hand tools and power tools

    + Attach name plates and marks identifying information on parts

    + Maintain work area and equipment in a clean orderly condition Informing supervisor of defective or faulty equipment or materials and unusual conditions

    + Maintaining quality standards and following safety rules

    Requirements

    + Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening

    + Must have basic tools of the trade

    + Must be journeyman level with verifiable and applicable experience

    + Must have millwright/mechanical experience
