    Summary

    We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented RFP Manager to lead the development and delivery of high-quality proposals that drive growth and win business. In this role, you’ll own the RFP process from kickoff to submission, ensuring every deliverable is accurate, compliant and strategically positioned to reflect our strengths. As the internal point of contact for RFPs, you’ll collaborate closely with subject matter experts, sales and leadership to craft compelling, on-brand responses. You’ll also play a key role in evolving our proposal processes, tools and templates to improve efficiency and raise the bar for quality.

     

    This position will support our RFP team. It is eligible to work a hybrid schedule, generally requiring work in-office and/or show-site 2-3 days per week. The ideal candidate will be based out of one of the following locations:

     

    + Philadelphia, PA

    + Dallas, TX

    + Detroit, MI

    + Fort Wayne, IN

     

    Essential Duties & Responsibilities

     

    + Serve as the primary contact for all RFP-related activities, driving timelines and deliverables

    + Manage internal stakeholders and resources to ensure smooth, on-time execution

    + Partner with subject matter experts and team members to gather content and insights

    + Aggregate, edit and develop clear, compelling proposal narratives aligned with our messaging and brand standards

    + Oversee the creation, review and submission of compliant bid documents tailored to each opportunity

    + Ensure quality, consistency and alignment with win strategies through regular reviews

    + Use project management tools to track progress, timelines and deliverables

    + Maintain collaboration platforms to streamline communication and document sharing

    + Manage multiple, complex projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines without compromising quality

    + Manage and maintain a repository of templates, tools and past submissions to support future proposals

     

    Education & Experience

     

    + 4+ yrs experience managing complex projects end-to-end, preferably RFPs or client deliverables, in a fast-paced environment

    + Strong project management skills with the ability to plan, prioritize and execute multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines

    + Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, coordinate input from diverse stakeholders and ensure accountability for deliverables

    + Proficiency in project management and collaboration platforms (e.g., Monday.com, Asana, Smartsheet, SharePoint, Teams)

    + Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail and clarity

    + Ability to balance strategic oversight with hands-on execution, adapting quickly to shifting priorities

    + A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong judgment and decision-making skills
