Under the direction of the Assistant Dean for Student Affairs and Wellbeing, the **Manager of Academic Coaching and Enrichment (ACE)** is responsible for the expansion of the design and development of comprehensive, evidence-based, academic coaching and enrichment programming available to all medical students. This role provides proactive support and resources to students prior to matriculation. This role will lead a team of Medical Education Learning Specialists, specialized supplemental consultants in learning strategies, and trained medical students in providing individual and group academic coaching and enrichment to students. This role uses best practices in a holistic learning strategies approach and will include the delivery of the Cognitive Skills elective for all courses in the medical education program including clinical skills training. This role will be responsible for pursuing scholarly work by analyzing programmatic data under IRB-approved protocols. Professional presentations and peer reviewed publications are expected in this role.

Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
+ Master's degree in Educational or Cognitive Psychology with specialization in learning and remediation
+ A minimum of 8 or more years of experience working with college students is preferred in one or more of the following areas: academic advising, curriculum planning, and college teaching.
+ Working knowledge of the sciences (biology, human anatomy and physiology, etc.).
+ Previous experience working with adult learners required; experience in medical education and administration preferred.
+ Strong interpersonal skills.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
+ Proficient computer skills that include but are not limited to Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite platforms.
Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Preferred:
+ Enrolled in graduate study or completion of Ed.D. or Ph.D.
+ Doctoral Degree in Education, Educational Psychology, Higher Education Administration, or another tertiary educational administration field.
+ Experience in Undergraduate and/or Graduate medical or graduate health professions education.
+ Minimum of 5+ years in administration of an academic support or tutoring program in an institution of higher education.
+ An understanding of, ability to demonstrate sensitivity to, and respect for the diverse academic, socio-economic, ethnic, cultural, ability, military, religious, sexual orientation and gender identity backgrounds of medical students, faculty and staff.

Flat Rate of $150,733.44 Annually
