Job Summary and Responsibilities

Are you a dedicated and compassionate CNA ready to provide hands-on patient care and contribute to a safe, clean environment? Join our integral team!

Working under the direction of an RN or Therapist, you'll provide essential direct patient care, maintain hygiene, and perform vital clerical/housekeeping duties.

You will:

+ **Direct Patient Care:** Provide care in accordance with treatment plans, as directed by RN/Therapist.

+ **Safety & Infection Control:** Utilize proper body mechanics; adhere to infection control standards/practices.

+ **Documentation:** Complete required documentation accurately and timely.

+ **Communication:** Communicate clearly and appropriately with the healthcare team.

+ **Compliance:** Comply with organization standards of care and Oregon Nursing Practice Act.

+ **Support Duties:** Perform special clerical and housekeeping duties.

Job Requirements

What You'll Bring:

+ **Compassion & Accuracy:** Genuine desire to care, with high attention to detail.

+ **Required Education:** High School graduate or equivalent.

+ **Required Licensure and Certifications:**

+ **Registration by the State of Oregon as a CNA.**

+ **AHA Basic Life Support Certification.**

$23.11 - $34.38 /hour
