Job Title: Production Associate

Job Description

As a Production Associate, you will play a crucial role in the production process, utilizing machinery and tools to create high-quality products efficiently.

Responsibilities

+ Operate stamping and wrapping machines to produce products.

+ Achieve a specific number of stamps per hour once fully trained, typically after two weeks.

+ Maintain a fast-paced work rhythm.

+ Exhibit excellent hand/eye coordination for effective machine operation.

Essential Skills

+ High school diploma or GED.

+ 1+ year of manufacturing experience.

+ Ability to lift up to 40lbs.

+ Proficient in using hand and power tools.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience in production, assembly, and machine operation.

+ Familiarity with mechanical assembly and packaging processes.

+ Wearing closed-toed shoes is required.

Work Environment

This role is in a non-climate-controlled environment, primarily focused on manufacturing air freshening products. You will be working in shifts from Monday to Thursday, with available hours from 6:30 am to 5:00 pm and 5:00 pm to 3:30 am. Please note that closed-toed shoes are mandatory for this position.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Perrysburg, Ohio.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.55 - $20.05/hr.
