About the Role:

We’re hiring **Fabrication Technicians** to support our finishing department. This entry-level role is perfect for hands-on workers ready to learn and grow. You’ll help build and finish fiberglass structures by packing, crating, drilling, sealing, and cutting materials using hand and power tools.

Responsibilities:

+ Pack and crate fiberglass products

+ Drill holes, apply handles, and seal ends

+ Make angle cuts using a chop saw

+ Use nail guns, drills, and other hand tools

+ Work as part of a fabrication team

What You Bring:

+ Ability to pass a tape measure test

+ At least 3 months of experience in production, construction, or manufacturing

+ Comfortable using hand tools like drills, wrenches, hammers, and nail guns

+ Mechanical aptitude and reliability are a plus

Work Environment:

You’ll work in a **fiberglass facility** that can be itchy and have a strong odor. The plant runs 24/7, and you’ll rotate through night shift schedules. Be ready for a hands-on, industrial setting.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.50 - $16.50/hr.
