Description We are looking for an experienced Paid Media Manager to lead the development and execution of high-impact digital advertising strategies. In this role, you will oversee paid media campaigns across multiple platforms, focusing on optimizing performance and achieving measurable results. Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive paid media strategies to support business objectives and drive conversions.

• Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as paid search, paid social, and display networks.

• Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and generate detailed reports to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

• Create audience segmentation strategies to ensure targeted and relevant messaging for diverse customer groups.

• Oversee campaign setup, including budgeting, bidding strategies, and performance tracking.

• Collaborate with creative teams to align advertising content with overall brand messaging and goals.

• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging digital marketing tools to enhance campaign effectiveness.

• Implement email marketing initiatives that complement paid media efforts and improve overall customer engagement.

• Conduct A/B testing to refine campaign elements and improve outcomes.

• Provide strategic insights and recommendations to optimize future advertising efforts. Requirements • Proven experience managing paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other digital networks.

• Strong understanding of audience segmentation, bidding strategies, and campaign optimization techniques.

• Proficiency in using social media tools and platforms to execute and monitor campaigns.

• Solid knowledge of email marketing and its integration with paid media efforts.

• Ability to analyze campaign data and generate actionable insights.

• Familiarity with social media strategy, content creation, and performance tracking.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
