The Human Resources Solution Center Analyst serves as a key member of Novant Health’s Human Resources team, responsible for handling escalated and complex inquiries that require in-depth research and resolution. This role supports a wide range of HR operational processes, including position management, pre-boarding, and talent acquisition transactions, ensuring timely and accurate service delivery across the organization.
T he ideal candidate will thrive in a transactional, high-volume environment, bringing strong attention to detail and analytical thinking to ensure data integrity and process efficiency. This position requires experience working within HR systems such as Infor, ServiceNow , Workday, Salesforce, or similar platforms, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively with HR partners and hiring leaders to resolve issues and maintain workflow continuity.
What You’ll Do
+ Manage and resolve escalated HR requests requiring detailed research, analysis, and system updates.
+ Support position management processes, including creating, updating, and maintaining job requisitions and postings once approved.
+ Process HR transactions accurately and efficiently within systems such as Infor, ServiceNow , Workday, Salesforce, or related HR technology platforms.
+ Partner with HR business units to ensure compliance with organizational policies and data integrity across all Human Resources processes.
+ Assist with quality assurance reviews and audits, identifying trends and recommending process improvements.
+ Deliver exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions.
Qualifications
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
+ Experience with HR systems or shared service environments ( Infor, ServiceNow , Workday, Salesforce, or similar).
+ Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
+ Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on collaboration and service delivery.

Qualifications
+ Education: High sshool diploma/GED required. Associates degree preferred. Associates degree in Human Services, Computer Science or related field is preferred.
+ Experience: At least two years of experience in human resources required.
+ Additional skills required: Thorough knowledge of benefits, talent acquisition, and position management. Complex problemsolving skills, attention to detail, and good decision-making ability. Able to work effectively on multiple
assignments concurrently. Ability to recognize, handle, and protect sensitive/confidential information. Ability to relate to a diverse group. Microsoft Office and HR Technology experience required as well.
+ Additional skills preferred: PeopleSoft, API and Service Center experience preferred. Microsoft Office, HR Technology required.
