What You'll Be Doing
+ Perform routine sampling and testing of aggregate materials to ensure compliance with quality standards.
+ Document and communicate test results to operations and quality teams.
+ Assist in troubleshooting production issues related to material quality.
+ Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment and ensure proper testing procedures.
+ Support continuous improvement initiatives in product quality and process efficiency.

+ Ability to follow standardized testing procedures and safety protocols.
+ Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
+ Basic computer proficiency for data entry and reporting.
+ Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced industrial environment.
Conditions of Employment
+ Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check.
+ Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Work Environment
+ Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
Physical Demands of the Job
+ Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly.
+ Frequent standing, walking, bending, and climbing in outdoor and industrial settings.
+ Manual dexterity required for operating testing equipment and handling materials.
+ Visual and auditory acuity to safely navigate work areas and monitor equipment.
+ Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) for extended periods.
