    Robert Half is seeking a Cybersecurity & Infrastructure Project Manager to support a regulated utility organization based in Portland, Oregon.

     

    This role involves leading enterprise-level cybersecurity, network, and compliance initiatives within the IT PMO. The position is remote (PST hours), opportunity with potential to extend or convert. Apply today!

    Job Details

    + Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM PST

    + Duration: Through May 2, 2026 (potential to extend)

    + Location: Portland, OR (remote in PST hours; hybrid optional)

    Job Responsibilities

    + Lead complex cybersecurity and infrastructure projects, managing scope, budget, and schedules across multiple departments.

    + Oversee delivery of key initiatives in network security, identity management, and regulatory compliance.

    + Develop project plans, risk logs, timelines, and resource allocations using PMO templates.

    + Coordinate with Security, Infrastructure, and Compliance teams to ensure systems meet reliability and security requirements.

    + Manage vendor contracts, procurement activities, and reporting according to company policies.

    + Communicate project milestones and risks to executive stakeholders in a clear, structured manner.

    + Ensure all project documentation, budgets, and outcomes align with PMO governance standards.

    Requirements

    7+ years of Project Management experience leading large-scale IT or Security infrastructure projects.

     

    Demonstrated background in cybersecurity, compliance, or network modernization.

     

    Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (Security, Infrastructure, and Operations).

     

    Familiarity with Identity & Access Management, Firewalls, or Cloud Security (Azure/AWS).

     

    Strong communication, reporting, and executive stakeholder management skills.

     

    PMP certification or equivalent preferred.
