Accounts Payable Analyst (SAP & Advanced Excel)

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Analyst with strong experience using SAP and advanced Excel skills. The ideal candidate will be analytical, organized, and able to handle high-volume invoice processing while ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.

Responsibilities:

+ Process and review invoices in SAP for accuracy and proper coding

+ Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies

+ Analyze AP data to identify trends and process improvements

+ Prepare accruals and assist with month-end closing

+ Generate and maintain reports using advanced Excel functions (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, etc.)

+ Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting procedures

+ Communicate effectively with vendors and internal departments to resolve payment issues

Requirements

3+ years of accounts payable or financial analysis experience

Strong proficiency in SAP (required)

Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, lookups, and data analysis)

High attention to detail and accuracy

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
