    Description

    Overview:

    We are seeking a detail-oriented AP & Purchasing Clerk to support accounting and procurement functions. This position offers part-time hours (approximately 20 hours per week) and requires proficiency in QuickBooks.

     

    + Process vendor invoices and payments in QuickBooks

    + Maintain accurate records of purchases and payables

    + Prepare purchase orders and track deliveries

    + Communicate with vendors to confirm pricing and resolve discrepancies

    + Assist with expense reports and basic accounting support

    + Maintain organized files for accounting and purchasing documentation

    Requirements

    Requirements:

    + Proficiency in QuickBooks (required)

    + Experience in accounts payable and purchasing

    + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

    + Excellent communication and follow-up abilities

    + Ability to work independently and manage part-time hours effectively
