    Description

    We are looking for a dedicated Leasing Assistant to join our team in Miami Gardens, Florida. This is a long-term contract position that offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to property management operations. The ideal candidate will excel in managing financial and administrative tasks while supporting leasing and tenant-related activities.

    Responsibilities:

    • Support tenant leasing processes, including lease administration and documentation.

    • Coordinate with the leasing team to ensure smooth communication with tenants and prospects.

    • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and update property management databases.

    • Assist in financial reporting and analysis to support business decisions.

    • Provide excellent customer service by addressing tenant inquiries and concerns.

    • Collaborate with team members to optimize property management operations.

    • Monitor and track property-related expenses to ensure alignment with budget goals.

     

    Must be able to assist with showing properties and assisting clients with paperwork

    Requirements • Proficiency in accounting systems such as JD Edwards EnterpriseOne and ADP.

     

    • Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and billing processes.

    • Familiarity with CRM platforms and property management systems.

    • Strong understanding of budget preparation and financial reporting.

    • Previous experience as a leasing consultant or in a similar role.

    • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial tasks.
