Description

We’re looking for a Service Designer to craft seamless, end-to-end experiences that connect people, processes, and technology. You’ll collaborate across teams to map customer journeys, identify pain points, and design solutions that improve overall service quality and impact.

Responsibilities:

+ Lead research to understand user needs, business goals, and operational realities.

+ Develop service blueprints, journey maps, personas, and process flows.

+ Design and prototype holistic service experiences across digital and physical touchpoints.

+ Collaborate with stakeholders, UX designers, and developers to bring concepts to life.

+ Use feedback, analytics, and testing to refine and improve services.

+ Advocate for human-centered design thinking across the organization.

Requirements

+ 3+ years of experience in service design, UX, or design strategy.

+ Skilled in tools like Figma, Miro, or Adobe Creative Suite.

+ Strong understanding of design thinking, user research, and systems mapping.

+ Excellent facilitation, communication, and collaboration skills.

+ Portfolio demonstrating service design methods and outcomes.

Bonus: Experience with CX strategy, organizational design, or change management.
