    The Programs Intern provides support and assistance to the Program s Department to ensure Customer s ’ products are produced, shipped and delivered as promised. This is accomplished through assistance in daily tasks as well as a focus on projects to improve ABT processes and systems.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    + Creates accurate shipping documentation for Customer orders .

    + Works with Key Account Management team to ensure customer expectations for product and shipments meet customer expectations .

    + Ensures required Customer documents for technical requirements are communicated and distributed .

    + Monitors customers websites for Purchase Order updates.

    + Reviews and updates QMS documentation for the Programs team.

    + Assists in standardizing Programs tools, including but not limited to:

    + Onboarding resources

    + Meeting templates & presentations

    + Gantt charts

    + Backlog /burn down charts

    + Org charts

    + Performs o ther tasks assigned by Manager.

    Requirements

    + Currently enrolled in A ssociates or Bachelor’s degree program

    + Experience in a Customer Service or Customer Support role, preferred

    + Strong organizational and administrative skills

    + Excellent attention to detail and data

    + Ability to multi-task and work in a fast - paced working environment with minimal supervision

    + Excellent compu ter skills, including MS Office , Outlook, Teams and Project

    + Ability to work a t least 20 hours per week
