    PROGRAM MANAGER

    GDIT is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead an agency-wide Cyber Security program. You will be responsible for overall management of the program, client management, subcontracts management, task order management, risk management, program deliverables, program planning, quality assurance, and financial performance. This hybrid position involves periodic onsite presence for support and customer meetings.

    HOW A CYBERSECURITY PROJECT MANAGER WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

    + Lead and manage large cybersecurity teams to enhance security posture.

    + Oversee the development, implementation, and management of comprehensive cybersecurity programs.

    + Analyze emerging security trends and recommend necessary actions.

    + Ensure the delivery of quality support and services to our federal customer.

    + Collaborate with stakeholders to align cybersecurity initiatives with business objectives.

    + Monitor and respond to security incidents and issues.

    + Conduct regular reviews and assessments to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.

    + Interface with customer to understand customer needs and maintain customer relationship.

    + Perform all program management related work to include tracking project schedules, Program Management Plan, and all other Program documentation.

    + Program management includes overall management of the program, subcontracts management, task order management, risk management, resource execution, program planning, and overall program quality assurance.

    + Maintain currency on cybersecurity industry technology and services and provide expertise to the program and customer.

    + Security integration guidance, logical security architecture definition, infrastructure security design and implementation, collection and refinement of security requirements, security engineering support and security policy guidance support

    + Manage a program staff of 40 **WHAT YOU’LL NEED:**

    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

    + Bachelor’s degree in technology, engineering, business, or a related technical discipline. Master’s degree is desirable.

    + 8 years of experience with a minimum of 6 years of leadership experience in cybersecurity in program management roles leading teams (e.g., SA&A/C&A, systems engineering, cyber, network, hosting) OR 8 years of documented experience in agency/enterprise-level cybersecurity project management.

    + Experience leading large cybersecurity teams in the federal contracting space.

    + Strong knowledge of security postures, emerging trends, and quality support services.

    + Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

    + Active PMP and ITIL certifications.

    + Strong understanding of FISMA, OMB, NIST 800-53/RMF, Federal Government or private sector security certification requirements.

    + Leadership experience and skills, with exceptional interpersonal and communications skills to work effectively with a team of 40+ staff, GDIT management, and senior-level customers.

    + Experience with U.S. Government cybersecurity policy, guidelines, orders, and memoranda.

    DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

    + Advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field.

    + Previous experience with enterprise cybersecurity programs.

    + Familiarity with federal cybersecurity regulations and standards.

    + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

    The likely salary range for this position is $104,550 - $141,450. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
