The AI Business Solutions (ABS) SME & Channel Growth Marketing team plays a pivotal role to transform our Go-to-market strategy through offer development, strategic partnerships, innovative business models, and much more.     About the Role :

    As the Senior Product Marketing Manager for SME&C Growth, you will own the strategy and execution of all ABS offers (promotions, targeted offers, empowerments, and other discounting/deal-making levers) to accelerate ABS performance across the SME&C segment. You will lead cross-functional efforts—collaborating with Business Planning, Field and Partner Sales, and Product Finance—to develop data-driven business cases to drive targeted outcomes via offers.

     

    In this critical role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of these offers in the Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) channel. Whether working to operationalize promotional launch details to querying campaign sales performance retroactively, this candidate must be comfortable working across multiple teams to deliver tangible impact. This high-impact role requires strategic vision, analytical rigor, and a customer-focused mindset to identify needle-moving opportunities with a diverse skillset to deliver tangible results.

    Responsibilities

    + Go-to-Market Strategy: Design and execute CSP promotions and offers to drive adoption of Microsoft 365, Copilot, and Dynamics 365 in the SME segment.

    + End-to-End Offer Governance: Manage the full lifecycle of offers, including defining target customer segments, partner eligibility criteria, onboarding processes, field landing plans, and performance measurement.

    + Field & Partner Enablement: Develop and deliver partner enablement programs (training, communications, and resources) to ensure partners are equipped to sell and land new offers effectively.

    + Cross-Functional Leadership: Serve as the liaison between field sales, partner marketing, and product teams to align go-to-market strategies and integrate feedback for continuous improvement.

    + Data-Driven Optimization: Analyze offer performance and market trends, leveraging insights to refine promotion strategies and inform future offer development.

    + Engineering & Operations Liaison: Collaborate with engineering to operationalize hero offer launches, and identify future commerce features to enable next-gen offer strategy

    Qualifications

    Required/minimum qualifications

    + Master's Degree in in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 3+ years experience in business OR Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 5+ years experience in business OR equivalent experience.

    + 5+ years in product marketing, monetization, or strategy and operations.

    + Management consulting experience or similarly strategic function.

    Additional or preferred qualifications

    + Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 6+ years experience in business OR Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 8+ years experience in business OR equivalent experience.

    + Analytical Skills: Strong quantitative and analytical capabilities, with a proven ability to interpret data, conduct financial and market analysis, and translate insights into business decisions. Technical expertise is a plus.

    + Leadership & Communication: Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with a track record of influencing senior stakeholders and driving cross-functional initiatives within a matrixed organization.

    + Program Management: Demonstrated success in leading complex projects or programs to completion, ideally in fast-paced or high-growth environments.

    + Adaptability: Comfortable with ambiguity and biased toward experimentation and action.

    + Cross-Functional Influence: Proven ability to lead across functions and craft compelling narratives that drive alignment and impact.

     

    Product Marketing IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $106,400 - $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $137,600 - $222,600 per year.
