The opportunity

Delaware North's Patina Group is hiring a part-time Host to join our team at Centrico and Tiendita in Anaheim, California. As a Host, you will be responsible for welcoming guests and managing the host station. What will you do?

+ Maintain reservation system, seating, and guest flow with discretion

+ Inspect dining and serving areas to ensure cleanliness and proper setup

+ Anticipate guest needs and handle special request, dietary notes, and guest preference with care and discretion

+ Speak with guests to ensure satisfaction with food and service, respond to complaints, and thank guests as they are leaving

+ Answer the restaurant telephone line during assigned hours of operation

More about you

+ Minimum 1 year of experience in a fine dining or luxury hospitality setting

+ Ability to maintain a composed, gracious presence while managing the energy of the entrance and waiting area.

+ Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

+ Ability to effectively communicate with guests and team members

+ No high school diploma or GED required

Physical requirements

+ Ability to remain on feet for the entire length of the shift

+ Ability to maneuver between tables and around corners

+ Ability to lift and carry up to 35 pounds
