    Work Hours : 40/Hrs. (In-Person)

     

    Amergis HealthcareStaffing is seeking a qualified OccupationalTherapists (OT) to provide school-based therapy services across 10 schools . The OT will perform studentevaluations, develop and implement therapy plans, and document services inalignment with each student’s individualized plan of care.

    KeyResponsibilities:

    + Conduct evaluations and assessments for students

    + Develop and deliver therapy services based on individualized plans

    + Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports

    + Collaborate with school staff and families to support student success

    + Comply with all professional standards and school policies

    MinimumRequirements:

    + Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of practice

    + One year of professional OT experience (preferred)

    + Current CPR certification (if applicable)

    + TB questionnaire, PPD, or chest x-ray (if applicable)

    + Current health certificate (as required by contract or regulation)

    + Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements

    + Must be at least 18 years of age
