Power Delivery Project Manager
POWER Engineers, member of WSP, is seeking a Project Manager for our Power Delivery group in the Dallas-Fort Worth, TX area. This position is an integral member of the project team working closely with Project Management, Production, and Project Controls within our client's Project Management office. The Project Manager is responsible for supporting, organizing, and controlling project activities with little oversight. This is hybrid role requiring the selected candidate to work from the client's office a minimum of 3 days per week.
Roles & Responsibilities
+ Provide coordination, administrative, management, and analytic support for projects
+ Coordinate and communicate with all levels of management and disciplines throughout the project life cycle to support project cost and schedule objectives, both internally and within the client’s systems
+ Oversee project budgets, review costs, provide cash flow forecasts, and ensure adherence to planned budgets to maintain client satisfaction and financial success
+ Document project deliverables, including correspondence, project changes, and project files, ensuring thorough record-keeping
+ Be the face of POWER for the client. Develop and nurture strong, long-term relationships with client by understanding their needs, providing tailored solutions, and ensuring consistent communication to drive satisfaction and retention
+ Build and maintain strong client relationships to support future opportunities
+ Includes client in-office presence 3+ days a week and periodic site visits
+ Adherence to proven processes and ability to develop new process to standardize procedures
+ Adhere to safety regulations and enforce project safety standards
Required Education/Experience
+ Five (5) years of substation physical and electrical design and construction experience
+ Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
+ Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills
+ Strong attention to detail and technical writing skills
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Desired Education/Experience
+ Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering
+ Previous history with Client Management
+ Experience with MS Project, MS Visio, Oracle, MS Dynamics, and/or ProjectWise

Base Salary Range: $125,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
The range for this position is being displayed in compliance with all state and local regulations. Salaries are set based on a number of factors to include an individual's job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and education. This means that no two candidates are alike. The range provided above does not include additional compensation such as bonus, health benefits, vacation, 401(k) match, etc.
