Our Bethlehem, PA, location is part of our Liquid Beverage division and specializes in coffee extract and flavorings created for Kerry products and customers!

Pay Rate/Hourly Rate/shift differential: 22.00/hr.

Shift/Working Hours: 5:00 am - 1:30 pm

The hiring wage for this role is$22.00per hour and is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications. This position may also be eligible for a shift differential and/or overtime. Key responsibilities

We are seeking a reliable and detail-orientedBag-in-Box Packaging Line Operatorto join our1st shiftproduction team at Kerry Bethlehem. This role is responsible for operating and monitoring packaging equipment to ensure efficient, safe, and high-quality production of bag-in-box products. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on food safety, quality assurance, and troubleshooting, while maintaining a safety-first mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Operate and monitor bag-in-box packaging machinery to meet production targets.

+ Perform routine equipment checks and basic troubleshooting to minimize downtime.

+ Ensure packaging meets quality and food safety standards.

+ Maintain accurate production records and documentation.

+ Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

+ Collaborate with team members and supervisors to resolve issues and improve processes.

+ Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area in accordance with GMP standards.

+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.

+ Basic computer skills and familiarity with production systems a plus.
