    The production associate may have responsibilities including manufacturing, assembly, basic testing, packaging, machine operations and shipping of transducers and probes to internal and external customers.

    Job Description

    Responsibilities

    + Performs manufacturing/assembly operations and various tasks following procedures, bills of materials, work instructions, and process aid sheets.

    + Maintains daily production output.

    + Performs basic manufacturing/assembly/refurbishment operations.

    + Complete basic troubleshooting

    + Ensure manufacturing documentation is correct/current.

    + Follows all EHS and Quality policies and procedures.

    + Participates in quality control inspections when required.

    + Works with team leaders, engineers, supervisors, and managers to improve quality and process efficiency.

    + Other duties as assigned and may be asked to be included in quality activities, training sessions, and employee activity teams.

    + Work with team to improve quality and reduce cycle time.

    + Participate in 55S activities led by team lead/management.

    + May assist with training peers when required.

    Required

    + High School Diploma/GED or local equivalent • 0 to 6 months of related manufacturing experience

    + Ability to communicate, receive and understand instructions regarding duties to be performed.

    + Demonstrated ability to pay attention to details and quality-minded work habits.

    + Demonstrated ability to communicate with co-workers and leadership.

    + Ability to work in a fast-paced and stressful environment.

    + Demonstrated ability to work at assigned workstation.

    + Maintain daily production output.

    + Perform Job with guidance.

    + Receive verbal instructions on duties.

    + Read/follow procedures/schematics for standard operations.

    Physical Requirements:

    + Prolonged periods standing and walking.

    + Able to bend, stretch, push, pull, and move as needed to reach, clean, and service machinery.

    + Must be able to visually inspect machines.

    + Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
