Job Description
Insight Global is looking to bring on a detail-oriented and proactive ServiceNow Request Analyst to manage and review high-volume IT requests for PCs, hardware, and software. This role ensures compliance with established guidelines while maintaining efficiency and customer satisfaction. This person will be responsible request management such as review and process 150-300 ServiceNow requests daily for PC's, hardware and software. They will need to apply predefined rules to approve standard requests promptly (ex: new hire PC orders) while identifying expectations (ex: high-cost equipment). They will also be communicating with requestors to validate requirements if necessary and make informed decisions on approvals or rejections. This person will also need to be able to evaluate PC specifications (CPU, memory, display) and have good documentation/ reporting skills.

Skills and Requirements
-3-5 years experience with ServiceNow and managing requests within ServiceNow.
-Experience with PC hardware and software
-Ability to handle high-volume requests efficiently and accurately
