Day to Day:
An Employer is looking to hire a helpdesk technician in Rockville, MD. This individual will be responsible for the following:
-Supporting Montgomery County and performing primarily remote support to computers, tablets and phones.
-Managing and meeting strict SLA's
-Hours are Monday- Friday 8AM-5PM
-Troubleshooting syncing iPhones/Android Phones relating to Outlook
- Pay Range based on experience: $21/hr - $$24/hr

Skills and Requirements
Must Have:
-Experience providing end user support
-Experience troubleshooting extensively in Microsoft Outlook, preforming remote log ins, password resets, active directory, working with a ticketing system
-Professional, great customer service, and strong communication skills
-Ability to obtain CompTIA A+ certification within 6 months of starting
-Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
